Grey
surfaces
in
rectangles
shadows
where
no-one shelters
sun
where
no-one warms
a slumkid wind
which
kicks lost papers
veinless
eyes
reflecting
others
figures
slouching,
silent
maggots
picking
at the dusty bones
of
Jo'burg
on
a Sunday afternoon
